Hello--I found your blog when looking for info on the NAM device. Our son has a very similar cleft as your son had and is having a terrible time adjusting. Any advice?? Did you take it out at all in the beginning? I am worried he'll get dehydrated. It's so hard!! My email address is chandrama14@gmail.com.
