Some birthday highlights...

I don't know why I am having such a hard time with Blogger...all my pics come out in weird orders when I upload. Am I doing something wrong Blogger fans??? Anyway....here are some pics in no particular order from Reid's 1st Birthday Bash (really it was just a small get together with grandparents). Reid was excited to eat a little cake. Since his palate surgery has only been a little over 2 weeks ago....we opted for an ice cream cake. He can have the real thing in a few more weeks to dig into!
Excited little Reid that we were singing to him and bringing him presents to open! He loved it!
I think we could have just wrapped up various sized boxes and let him have those to play with. He was loving playing with the basic boxes, of course!
This is Reid and Pap Pap. He is Reid's Great Grandpa. He is 97 years young...and very special to us all. Reid loves to hear him play his harmonica.
At the end of the night...Reid was ready to strip down to his skivvies and play with his new toys. Happy Birthday, Reidy-Roo! Love you much!

Where does the time go? It's hard to believe Reid is 1 already! I sure enjoy your blog and I am glad to see that everyone in your family is doing great.

Hello, and welcome to my page! I am so glad you are here. I am going to try and show you the average life of a 5 year old from my perspective. Mommy and Daddy will help me along the way if I get stuck.

Let me first introduce my family to you. I am Ellie. I am a 6 year old. I live in Ohio with my Mommy, Daddy, little brother Reid, and dog, Sophie. My mommy is a teacher. She teaches nine and ten year olds and loves it. She has been teaching for twelve years. My daddy works with computers. He works hard everyday.

We all love spending time together. I have wonderful grandparents and a terrific extended family. I am a very lucky girl. Thank you for visiting my page. Write to me any time. I love getting mail!!!

Many blessing to you all.

Love,
Little Ski (Ellie)

Told ya, my hair can be wild! And you thought I was kidding!

Hmmm, Blue's Brother's perhaps?
