So far behind....

I apologize my blogging friends....I am SOOO far behind in posting. Will I ever catch up??? I hope so. Life has just been a little crazy here....getting a new floor put in, 3 snowdays in a row and couldn't be at home, sick kids, parent teacher conferences, laundry stacking up and not able to do any for 7 days, computer time??? Are you for real??? So, life has just been a little crazy. I am ready to post some pics soon, and look at your wonderful blogs when I have some down time. I feel so out of the loop. I haven't been able to even look in on your lives to see how YOU all are doing....but never fear, I WILL catch my breath soon...and then we will be back in business. Love to you all....and more posting soon to come.....

Oh, and one more thing while I am here. I am putting together a Power Point presentation for my Mother's Study group in March about our beautiful kids. They are going to donate a smile in honor of Reid to Operation Smile. I would love to use your kids' sweet smiles for my presentation. I want to show them "real" kids that I have grown to love and learn so much from. I think the more personal I can make it, the more it will mean to my group of moms. If you DO NOT want me using your child's cleft smile in my presentation....just drop me a comment. I absolutely will not do so, if you are against this. My hope is to make a video and then make copies for you all and send them out. You all have been a light for our family...and I want to highlight all the beautiful smiles that helped get us to where we are now. Just let me know, though, if you do not want me to use your child's photo. Thanks, in advance.....and more posts to come soon!

I think that is awesome that they are going to donate a smile and how wonderful I am sure it will be for them to see the video of all the little cuties. Can't wait to see the finished product.

What a sweet idea the video is! I would be honored to have Drew appear in it -- and let me know if you need any other "before" pics since I didn't start my blog until after his lip surgeries.

Glad to hear from ya! I know how busy it gets... it's 11:42pm and what SHOULD I be doing? Yes, that's right: sleeping. But no, I'm on my dashboard, happily catching up on blogs. Ugh!

Feel free to use the Pod's smiley cleft face!! What an awesome thing you're doing. :)

My goodness, you have been busy!

That's such a cute idea. I love the phrase "donate a smile".

I love Power Points! You can use Camden's pictures if you'd like...even though she's still a before and it probably wouldn't do much good.

Can't wait to hear more from you and see some pictures of the kids!

That amazing gift!

Hello, and welcome to my page! I am so glad you are here. I am going to try and show you the average life of a 5 year old from my perspective. Mommy and Daddy will help me along the way if I get stuck.

Let me first introduce my family to you. I am Ellie. I am a 6 year old. I live in Ohio with my Mommy, Daddy, little brother Reid, and dog, Sophie. My mommy is a teacher. She teaches nine and ten year olds and loves it. She has been teaching for twelve years. My daddy works with computers. He works hard everyday.

We all love spending time together. I have wonderful grandparents and a terrific extended family. I am a very lucky girl. Thank you for visiting my page. Write to me any time. I love getting mail!!!

Many blessing to you all.

Love,
Little Ski (Ellie)

Told ya, my hair can be wild! And you thought I was kidding!

Hmmm, Blue's Brother's perhaps?
