Just enjoying the last bit of summer

Here I am! These are just some recent ramdom pics of me. As you can see Soph loves popcorn almost as much as I do. She sat right next to me and just watched me the whole time I was eating. Finally, I broke down and let her share with me. I am nice like that. Then, I was helping my daddy water the new grass he planted. Well, I was kinda watering that part. I watered a little bit of everything...including myself!!!! Hey, why not????

Baby Ski update

Hey all...it's Ellie!!!!! I have been pretty busy lately, and haven't been able to post...sorry. I wanted to update you on my mom and Baby Ski. Mommy went to the dr. on Friday for her 32 week appointment. All seems to be fine...except the baby is measuring 4 weeks ahead of schedule! Yikes! So....she had to go have an ultrasound this morning. Daddy and her went to see what was going on. The tech. took lots of photos and measurements and concluded that the baby is about 15 days ahead of schedule and weighs in at 5 lbs. 4 ozs. already. Thie has mom freaked out. So, her due date won't change, but Baby Ski may make an appearance before November possibly. We'll wait and see. Here are 2 pics (the same view) at the baby's face. He/She is looking at us! Check out the cheeks. WOW! Looks like he is my Daddy's child!!!!! Love to you all....and keep praying that all continues to go well!

Happy Birthday to me!!! (1 day early)

Well.....I had my big girl birthday party with my Grandma and Grandpa Leatherman and my Grandma and Pappy Shemenski on Saturday. What a great time it was! I got some great gifts. I love my new books. My mommy has read them to me about 100 times because that's all I want to do! I also got a scooter, a photo album from my "vercation", some stuffed animals, some money from Grandma Wilson, a tape player with microphones, a great Barbie scooter, and the best....A PINK BARBIE JEEP!!!!! I had a great time, and I even had a Hello Kitty birthday cake. Thanks for a great birthday, everyone! I love you all.....***only 366 more days till I am 4....start thinking about gifts now!** hehe

Evil Poptarts

Oops....I didn't mean to do this to my daddy. You see....on Saturdays, I like to have a treat for breakfast....a poptart. So, my mommy put one in the toaster, and my daddy saw that it was getting too hot. He tried to grab it out from the toaster and the middle gooey part that I like, oozed all over his hand. Oops....it burned him pretty good. Sorry daddy....I hope you feel better soon!

New Philly Park

Ok, so my mom is back to work now, and I haven't had time to post much lately...sorry! All is well here. I have adjusted pretty well to going back to the sitter's full time. I have been a bit of a problem at night...just ask my mom....but all in all, I have been a good girl. We had one last shin dig before school started at the New Philly park last weekend. What a great time. I highly reccommend going! My friend Ryne and I went, and we took our moms and dads, too! You'll see what a great time I had. My mommy has only 10 more weeks to go before our new baby comes. She is doing well, too (even though her classroom has been over 100 degrees all last week). Hope to post again real soon! Three Year Pictures

So, my mom is a little fruity...she had my 3 year pictures taken....but I haven't had my birthday yet! Yikes! She is trying to get ready for school next week and wanted my pictures to be done with before that. So, here they are! I will be sending them out soon. Mom said we should wait until after my birthday to give them to family and friends.....to make it official, I guess! Moms....geez! See what you think...I am really growing up fast. Enjoy!

God is holding Hope in His hands...

Just a brief note to let you know that Hope Rylee (11 weeks) passed away peacefully Monday night at Rainbow Babies hospital. Her mom and dad were with her. Auble Funeral home is handling arrangements. The calling hours will be at 10 am on Thursday morning (Aug. 9) with the funeral following at 11 am. Please continue to lift up this family. We pray for peace, strength, and faith during this very difficult time. Thanks for your prayers in advance.
