One sick little girl...

OK, so we did the whole crying it out thing with Reid last night, and Mom and Dad had Ellie. My mom called this morning to say that Ellie had been up in the night throwing up. Poor Ellie and poor Grandma having to mess with all this. So, to make a long story short...Ellie has been vomiting since about 4:30 am every 30 min. or so. She was brought back home around 10:30 this morning and has been sick a few more times. She is finally resting a bit now and has kept a bit of Sprite in her without being sick. That is an accomplishment. She has been so thirsty...but has just been bringing everything right back up. Poor thing. She apologized the last time she was sick, because she got her jammies yucky. So sad she thinks she has to apologize. I hate it when my kids are sick. I just heard from a friend of mine who visited us on Monday morning she was up sick, too. I bet we got this from her. Never fun for anyone. I am sanitizing like a mad woman...and hopefully the rest of us can stay well. Our New Years will be one filled with early bedtimes...and hopefully a more settled tummy for Ellie. (oh, and of course....another memory!)

Oh Janeen,
I almost called you last night to tell you that it was so good we didn't get together because around 7:30, Emily started throwing up!!! I just read your blog and had to laugh how things work out for a reason!! Hope Ellie is feeling better soon. Emily is doing okay, but still isn't herself. I am like you with spraying lysol and sanitizing everything she touched. It would not be fun to have this junk spread through our clan here either!!! Glad to hear you got some sleep last night with Reid. Still hoping to see you all sometime soon.
Take care,
Rhonda

Poor girl :(

Have her drink just a tablespoon every 5 minutes so she doesn't get dehydrated. I'm sure you already know that, just want her to feel better!

My sweet poor Ellie... You are so sick and weak... Ok... Don't worrie...! Best think you can do in such a weeze deeze situation:)
is to drink much, much tee! Oook... Aand... Avoid that tricky fricky antibiotics! In time, antibiotics will make your little body vulnerable to any regulary sickness... Your mom knows this. And, Ellie, you should know that my love will surround your sweet soul when you are sick, always...!:) And, baby, please listen some music... Some calm and joyful music... And i tell you for sure that you will feel better...! I wait to see you smiling again... :) Bye, bye sweet angel! Bell alias belldeblue

I hope she feels better, nothing worse than when one of your babies is sick

Hello, and welcome to my page! I am so glad you are here. I am going to try and show you the average life of a 5 year old from my perspective. Mommy and Daddy will help me along the way if I get stuck.

Let me first introduce my family to you. I am Ellie. I am a 6 year old. I live in Ohio with my Mommy, Daddy, little brother Reid, and dog, Sophie. My mommy is a teacher. She teaches nine and ten year olds and loves it. She has been teaching for twelve years. My daddy works with computers. He works hard everyday.

We all love spending time together. I have wonderful grandparents and a terrific extended family. I am a very lucky girl. Thank you for visiting my page. Write to me any time. I love getting mail!!!

Many blessing to you all.

Love,
Little Ski (Ellie)

Told ya, my hair can be wild! And you thought I was kidding!

Hmmm, Blue's Brother's perhaps?
