Day 2 at home post-op
The new face....Scrunchie Face when he is unhappy about not getting all the food he wants! It's going to be a long 6 weeks~
Looking pretty good. The swelling seems to have gone down quite a bit. Still some seeping from the right nostril....not anything from the left. Slept well last night....didn't even get up for pain meds. Fussy during the afternoon into the evenings though. Won't go down easily for naps. Actually, is crying right now...so I need to go soothe. He used to be so good at going down for naps and bedtime...I certainly hope it returns back to normal someday! One day at a time, though....I know.

Hello, and welcome to my page! I am so glad you are here. I am going to try and show you the average life of a 5 year old from my perspective. Mommy and Daddy will help me along the way if I get stuck.
Let me first introduce my family to you. I am Ellie. I am a 6 year old. I live in Ohio with my Mommy, Daddy, little brother Reid, and dog, Sophie. My mommy is a teacher. She teaches nine and ten year olds and loves it. She has been teaching for twelve years. My daddy works with computers. He works hard everyday.
We all love spending time together. I have wonderful grandparents and a terrific extended family. I am a very lucky girl. Thank you for visiting my page. Write to me any time. I love getting mail!!!
Many blessing to you all.
Love,
Little Ski (Ellie)

Oh, Janeen, Reid looks soooo good, I just want to squeeze him up! I am so glad to hear that he is doing well enough not to need pain medicine during the night. WOW! What a trooper he is.
Big Hugs being sent to you....

He is so stinkin' cute. Praise the Lord he's sleeping so well. It's amazing the strength God gives these little babies!!
I am simply amazed at how well Reid is doing!!! Today's doctors are amazing. I can hardly wait to see him when we get back next week!! Take care!!!

Way to go Reid! Glad to hear he's doing and looking great. Congratulations to you all. Michele and I are happy to see it all come together for you. See you soon.
I am so glad to read a good report on Reid. Michael was so disappointed that he wasn't going to be at Neeno's on Thursday to play with. He loves playing with the babies. I told him maybe when he's older he can babysit Reid and play ball with him. I think he's counting the days. Take care.
The Dreher's.
